Penjelasan
Pisau Pemanas digunakan sebagai alat penyambung PVC Waterstop.
Ukuran pisau pemanas : 2 "(lebar) x 30" (panjang) termasuk 6 " pegangan alat sambungnya..

Pisau pemanas PVC Waterstop harus digunakan pada bidang lebar profil WATERSTOP yang sama. Pasangkan pisau pemanas diantara dua waterstop yang sama dan tekan mereka ke arah pisau pemanas.

WATERSTOP akan mencair sekitar 2 mm tetapi pastikan tidak sampai batas terbakar atau hangus. Angkat pisau pemanas ke atas dengan cepat saat sisi waterstop mulai mencair kemudian sambungkan dua sisi WATERSTOP bersama-sama selama 20 detik untuk menyatukan PVC waterstop tersebut.

Ketika pisau pemanas masih panas, bersihkan dengan sikat kawat halus lsebelum penyambungan waterstop berikutnya.
Air dan pelarut bukan minyak dapat digunakan untuk membersihkan sisa waterstop dipermukaan pisau yang dugunakan untuk sambungan.

Heater blade is to be used to connect PVC Waterstop
Size of Heater Blades, 2 " ( W) x 30 " ( L) inclusive of 6 " handle for pvc waterstops jointing purposes.

Waterstop heater blade is to be used on the same waterstop profile and width. Placed the ready heated up blade in between the two waterstops and pressed them againts the hot blade.

The waterstop will melt about 2 mm but ensure not to the extent of burning or charring. Removed the heater blade upward quickly and joint molten ends together quickly. Hold the two waterstop together for 20 seconds to allow the molten pvc fuse completely.

While the heater blade is still hot, clean it with the wired brush before the next jointing.
Water and non oily solvent must be used to clean the waterstop area where jointing is applied
